Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients.
- 2+ years of project management experience using Trimble (formerly e-Builder).
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and analyze business needs for cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated success delivering analytical solutions across technology and operational functions.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in the construction industry or construction-related business processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with capital planning and construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera Unifier).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Management leads and cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders and gather requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to clarify business needs and align priorities.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable business requirements and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows to streamline operations.
- Support build-versus-buy assessments by evaluating vendor capabilities and functional requirements.
- Produce structured documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), to support data-driven decisions.
- Define integration requirements between systems to ensure clear documentation of interactions.
- Leverage business intelligence tools to surface insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage upward by communicating priorities, risks, and project progress to executive stakeholders.
