Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- Strong SQL or Python skills for data analysis.
- Proven track record of solving open-ended business problems and framing hypotheses.
- Ability to explain business problems clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of credit risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
- Capacity to manage test exposure and financial risk.
- Willingness to travel ~4-6+ times per year.
- Experience with consumer lending or credit cards preferred.
- Startup environment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and size acquisition tests, including new channels, customer segments, or offers.
- Analyze credit risk and potential downside before launching tests.
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of third-party affiliate relationships.
- Monitor live test performance to ensure budget efficiency and risk management.
- Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to launch tests with new products.
- Communicate strategy and results directly to senior leadership.
