Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related fields.
- Experience working in the behavioral healthcare industry in a billing environment.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
- Complex problem solving, judgement, and decision making skills.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work and daily tasks.
- Outstanding work ethic, drive, motivation, and commitment to quality results.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and conduct needs assessments to identify organizational EHR requirements.
- Map customer billing workflows to software application.
- Confer with customers to develop creative solutions for software needs and user requirements.
- Coordinate updates to the customer environment and perform application environment testing.
- Develop, document, and revise application design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Create training materials, prepare presentations, and conduct training sessions for new users.
