Requirements
- Strong business analysis fundamentals: requirements gathering, documentation, and translating ambiguity into clear specifications.
- Solid project/product management fundamentals: backlog management, sequencing, and cross-team coordination.
- Experience working across diverse capability areas rather than siloed workflows.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar backlog/work-tracking tools.
- Comfort communicating data assumptions and methodology to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-ready documentation and trusted analytics concepts.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Healthcare utilization and demand forecasting experience (nice to have).
- Experience with Sigma and/or Databricks (nice to have).
- Prior experience as a contract PM/BA in a client organization (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a clear, healthy product backlog and roadmap.
- Coordinate product decisions across Data Science, Engineering, and UX teams.
- Translate complex methodology changes into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document assumptions, limitations, and reconciliation requirements for stakeholders.
- Prepare project work to support AI-enabled discovery, requirements, and validation.
- Define product scope and integration points with data platforms and decision workflows.
