Requirements
- Strong experience in technical business analysis, requirements gathering, or software delivery.
- Full understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with engineering teams.
- Ability to investigate applications, APIs, data relationships, and technical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience or strong willingness to adopt AI tools for enhanced productivity.
- Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification highly preferred.
- Ability to work Central Time hours to support client and delivery teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments is a plus.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and influence colleagues through collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and business users to clarify and document application requirements for digital modernization.
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria for software engineering teams.
- Analyze API-driven integrations and SQL data flows to understand backend system functionality.
- Research existing system functionality using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and GitHub to validate requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical ambiguity and maintain actionable tickets.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline analysis and experiment with improved workflows.
- Guide QA teams and business users through functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
