Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of data analysis experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of data analysis experience.
- 2+ years of advanced experience developing complex SQL queries.
- 1+ years of experience working with healthcare-related data (e.g., provider, insurance, claims).
- Proficiency with Excel including pivot tables, Vlookups, and advanced formatting.
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior and executive leadership.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline like Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Preferred: Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or premium data.
- Preferred: Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Pyspark, or Python.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and valuation of new value-based programs.
- Maintain and optimize existing programs to ensure success.
- Utilize complex SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics to drive process improvement.
- Conduct research and produce reporting on monthly activity and program reconciliations.
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests using Excel and analytical tools.
- Provide support for payments to value-based specialists.
- Aid in the evaluation of new value-based program opportunities.
