Requirements
- Experience building, deploying, and operating production data pipelines from REST APIs, databases, and third-party SaaS tools.
- Proficiency in production-grade Python (version-controlled, tested, scheduled, deployed).
- Solid engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, cron, and deploying code to production.
- Daily use of AI coding tools.
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to scope and deliver analysis.
- Self-directed work style suitable for an individual contributor role.
- Strong written communication skills for a remote, async team.
- Experience with BigQuery or comparable cloud warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
- Experience with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a bidirectional HubSpot to BigQuery integration.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for platforms including Gong, LinkedIn, GCP, and Azure.
- Operate and monitor data pipelines, including scheduling, backfills, and schema drift management.
- Define and document data structures for sales and marketing processes.
- Implement automated data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to define metrics and deliver dashboard solutions.
- Develop customer health scores, sales forecasts, and unit economics tracking.
