Requirements

  • One to three years of Group Travel planning experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of GDS experience preferred (Sabre with PNR building and ticketing, Amadeus, and NDC).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new technology and Navan/R&M systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with client-facing video calls for project management.
  • Knowledge of Slack for internal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters efficiently.
  • Proven record of strong customer service and CSAT outcomes.
  • Experience developing and maintaining key client and account manager relationships.
  • Reliable and flexible with availability for non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings, and weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Assist travellers with personalized support including cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
  • Provide accurate fare information for all travel components.
  • Work with client contacts to understand and meet program objectives.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation to ensure service agreement and SLA compliance.
  • Troubleshoot travel issues by utilizing agent tools.
  • Coordinate program planning from post-sale stage to final billing.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on product launches and industry trends.
