Requirements
- One to three years of Group Travel planning experience preferred.
- 4+ years of GDS experience preferred (Sabre with PNR building and ticketing, Amadeus, and NDC).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites.
- Technical aptitude to learn new technology and Navan/R&M systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with client-facing video calls for project management.
- Knowledge of Slack for internal communication.
- Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters efficiently.
- Proven record of strong customer service and CSAT outcomes.
- Experience developing and maintaining key client and account manager relationships.
- Reliable and flexible with availability for non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings, and weekends).
Responsibilities
- Assist travellers with personalized support including cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
- Provide accurate fare information for all travel components.
- Work with client contacts to understand and meet program objectives.
- Maintain thorough project documentation to ensure service agreement and SLA compliance.
- Troubleshoot travel issues by utilizing agent tools.
- Coordinate program planning from post-sale stage to final billing.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on product launches and industry trends.
