Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience
- 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating professional development sessions for PreK-12 educators
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience with mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs
- Knowledge of Science of Reading best practices
- Proficiency in instructional and visual design
- Proficiency with Google Slides, video editing software, and Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop
- Experience with online course authoring tools like Easy Generator
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfort with Google Applications and video conferencing tools like Google Meet and Zoom
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and records to ensure accessibility.
- Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and barriers.
- Report on project outcomes to leadership to ensure accountability.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Amplify literacy assessment, supplemental, and intervention products.
- Align PD design with product updates and user needs.
- Develop high-quality professional learning experiences, including instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, and eLearning modules.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
