Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of PreK–12 classroom teaching experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and facilitating professional development for PreK–12 educators.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of high-quality literacy instruction and assessment practices grounded in the Science of Reading.
- Experience with mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design and visual design.
- Experience with Google Slides, video editing software, Easygenerator, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Google applications, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong user-centered mindset with a focus on accessible and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of professional development projects, including timelines, deliverables, documentation, and milestones.
- Develop engaging professional learning experiences across formats including instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, eLearning modules, and digital resources.
- Design and facilitate interactive virtual and online learning experiences that accommodate diverse educator needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align professional development with product updates and customer priorities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve learning content and delivery.
- Maintain quality across deliverables while following established standards and best practices.
- Identify project risks and communicate progress to team leadership.
