Requirements
- 4-year college degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company.
- Excellent understanding of Deal Support and commercial topics, including pricing, deal structuring, and contracting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
- Experience supporting global or multinational customers and deals.
- Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines daily.
- Strong business partnering and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success regarding deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management.
- Participate in deal reviews with Sales leadership to drive account-level pricing and structuring strategy.
- Ensure all deals are structured, processed efficiently, and aligned with company policies.
- Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions in coordination with finance and legal teams.
- Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for new, add-on, and upsell business for Cloud Subscription Services.
- Resolve day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management regarding quoting tools and CRM systems.
- Support Sales enablement through training initiatives and process improvements.
