Job Details

Proven experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or consultative SaaS roles.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex systems and workflows.
Expertise in delivering tailored presentations to diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with ERP platforms in real estate or construction (e.g., Yardi, Sage, QuickBooks Online, MRI).
Understanding of construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Sage Intacct, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Solid understanding of digital payments, draw processes, and financial compliance requirements.
Proptech or construction technology industry experience preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 15-25% of the time.
Requirement to travel to Nashville at least twice per year for company gatherings.

Own the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle for owner and developer prospects, from discovery through solution validation.
Partner with Sales to redesign complex real estate development workflows including pre-development, construction, draw management, and reporting.
Conduct discovery sessions to assess current systems, stakeholder pain points, and integration requirements.
Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations for executive, finance, and operational stakeholders.
Build and present ROI-based financial models to quantify business impact.
Support Client Success during implementation by resolving complex workflow, reporting, or integration challenges.
Partner with Product & Engineering to influence enhancements and share client insights.
Contribute to internal enablement through training and best-practice documentation.
Represent Built externally at industry conferences as a solutions expert.
