Job Details

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain sophisticated software systems, integrations, and business workflows.
Proven experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or a related consultative technical role.
Solid understanding of real estate development and construction finance workflows, including financial controls, draw processes, and risk management.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Experience working with ERP platforms (e.g., Yardi, Sage, QuickBooks Online, MRI).
Familiarity with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Sage Intacct, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Strong consultative selling and discovery capabilities.
Ability to travel 15%–25% for business and company gatherings.
Proptech or construction technology industry experience is strongly preferred.

Own the technical evaluation stage of the sales cycle for owner and developer prospects from discovery through validation.
Partner with Sales to analyze and redesign complex real estate development and construction workflows.
Conduct discovery sessions regarding existing ERP, payments, and technology systems, integration needs, and stakeholder pain points.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for executive, finance, and technical audiences.
Develop and present ROI-focused financial models to quantify expected value and business impact.
Support Client Success teams during implementation to resolve workflow, configuration, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and influence product enhancements.
