Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, with significant exposure to the US market.
- Proven experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales and enterprise-level IT solutions.
- Strong expertise in prospecting, lead generation, business development, and pre-sales.
- Experience selling enterprise IT infrastructure, computing hardware, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise clients and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, outsourcing models, and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Availability to travel for the role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the US market.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pre-sales to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, recommendations, testimonials, and outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
