Requirements
- 12+ years of professional services or consulting experience.
- 8-12 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5+ years leading delivery portfolios and managing large, distributed teams.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow domains, delivery methodologies, and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI delivery, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance and mitigate risks in a services portfolio.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction across all projects in the Eastern US.
- Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for client executives.
- Manage the regional delivery portfolio including forecasting, resource planning, and margin control.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to secure new business and drive account expansion.
- Mentor and lead delivery teams, managing career development and performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational delivery methodologies and governance standards.
