Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or event coordination.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales or operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional, service-oriented tone with external and internal stakeholders.
- Confidence in building relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Willingness to travel periodically to support on-site internal events.
Responsibilities
- Manage the exhibitor and sponsor email inbox, responding promptly to inbound requests.
- Monitor and qualify inbound website leads and route them to the appropriate team.
- Support onboarding by providing documentation, templates, and next steps to new partners.
- Schedule discovery and follow-up appointments for the Senior Manager, Field Event Sales.
- Track unsigned contracts and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure completion.
- Maintain accurate records of partner information and contract status in the CRM.
- Own the deliverable-tracking cadence to ensure assets are collected before deadlines.
- Provide on-site operational support to exhibitors and sponsors during internal events.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Billing, and Events to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Identify and document recommendations for improving operational processes.
