Ability to work effectively with messy or imperfect data.
Strong business judgment and ability to connect findings to business decisions.
Intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and a strong learning orientation.
Experience in management consulting or a comparable environment is strongly preferred.
Experience using AI tools for research and synthesis is a plus.
Experience with Sigma, Snowflake, or other advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
Must live in and physically perform all work within the United States.

Act as a trusted analytical partner to senior leadership by independently tackling sophisticated business questions.
Take increasing ownership of high-priority strategy workstreams from research through decision-ready outputs.
Conduct rigorous business, financial, operational, and performance analysis using Excel and Sigma.
Build, test, and refine sophisticated financial and strategic models using complex datasets.
Develop compelling executive, Board, and investor materials including PowerPoint presentations and memos.
Research and synthesize market perspectives on topics such as competitive positioning and growth opportunities.
Partner with senior executives to pressure-test assumptions and translate discussions into recommendations.
