Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and experience building sophisticated models.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with messy or imperfect data.
- Strong business judgment and ability to translate analysis into insights and business decisions.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively with senior executive leadership.
- Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills for executive-level materials.
- Intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and a strong collaborative mindset.
- Rigorous management consulting foundation or comparable experience is highly preferred.
- Experience using AI tools for research and synthesis is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sigma, Snowflake, or other advanced analytics tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous business, financial, and operational performance analysis using Excel, Sigma, and internal data environments.
- Build and pressure-test sophisticated financial models and identify insights from messy or imperfect data.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, written briefs, and visual analyses for senior leadership, the Board, and investors.
- Independently conduct and synthesize market research on market sizing, channel opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner directly with the CSO and executive team to gather inputs, clarify questions, and translate strategy into tangible recommendations.
