Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or at a top-tier tech company in strategy, business operations, or growth.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, changing environment.
- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.
- JD or MBA preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Experience at a SaaS company preferred.
- Knowledge of and interest in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and GTM approach for Funnel’s AI products (VLA, VVLA, MA, & new AI offerings/integrations).
- Manage the financial success of the AI segment P&L, including tracking financial data for resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing to optimize margins.
- Conduct market research on trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with customers of various sizes to ensure product alignment with their AI objectives.
- Evaluate off-the-shelf versus proprietary AI solutions for the product roadmap.
- Serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, revenue, and CX teams for AI-related initiatives.
- Engage in sales activities to accelerate ARR growth and segment attachment.
- Manage product marketing initiatives for the AI suite throughout the sales lifecycle.
