Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting and/or technology consulting operations.
- Proven ability to design, document, and optimize business processes.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Technical versatility in administering and troubleshooting enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Okta, 1Password, CrowdStrike, Google Workspace, or Asana.
- Working knowledge of IT security, compliance, access management, and risk management.
- Experience managing technology vendors, product lifecycles, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong business judgment to assess risks and make independent decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve internal business processes, operational workflows, and reporting cadences.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements through implementation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies for Operations and IT initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, including penetration testing and technology partners.
- Develop data retention and governance policies to balance compliance and security.
- Configure and optimize enterprise platforms to improve system utilization.
- Build and refine AI-assisted and agentic workflows to automate operations.
- Manage the software and vendor renewal lifecycle, including contract reviews and negotiations.
- Support system audits, IT policy updates, and close internal control gaps.
