- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish job postings on various platforms.
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and passive outreach.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
- Prepare interview evaluations and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies.
