Requirements

Strong sales experience in business development, closing, or lead management environments.
Proven experience tracking and analyzing sales KPIs and conversion rates.
Experience using CRM software (Lawmatics experience is strongly preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 100% remote environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on accountability.
Ability to work full-time hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (ET).

Responsibilities

Monitor incoming leads in the CRM to ensure prompt contact and proper assignment.
Track and analyze sales and reception KPIs to identify performance trends and conversion bottlenecks.
Conduct regular pipeline and consultation audits to address missed opportunities and improve attendance.
Assist in training sales staff and improving conversion strategies, scripts, and follow-up processes.
Calculate and report on marketing ROI by tracking lead sources and revenue conversion.
Manage the transition of retained clients from the sales team to the case management team.
Identify and resolve administrative issues causing lost leads or payment delays.
