Requirements
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience building and delivering enablement programs.
- Real technical fluency with understanding of the API layer.
- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
- Commercial acumen regarding how enterprise buyers evaluate and purchase infrastructure and developer tooling.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Proven track record of live training delivery and public speaking.
- Demonstrated experience building programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills to drive alignment.
- Practical, hands-on AI fluency to teach and implement AI in workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and own our enablement strategy end-to-end, building role-based learning paths for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.
- Partner with RevOps to define field productivity baselines and track leading indicators like ramp time and certification engagement.
- Build a new-hire onboarding program from scratch to minimize ramp time for new field ICs.
- Lead go-to-market readiness for major product releases, converting messaging into use-case narratives and customer-facing materials.
- Act as connective tissue between engineering and the field by translating technical information into non-technical language.
- Deliver training sessions, measure effectiveness, and adjust programs based on performance.
- Integrate AI into field workflows to speed up content creation and coach teams on using AI for customer positioning.
