Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, technology, business process improvement, or automation.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering AI/automation solutions in a business setting.
- Proficiency with modern AI tooling such as LLM platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and agentic workflows.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into usable, production-ready solutions.
- Experience developing enablement programs or training materials to drive technology adoption.
- Proficiency with SQL or equivalent for data investigation and validation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust across different levels of an organization.
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Embed with teams to analyze workflows and identify high-impact AI or automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and test practical AI-enabled solutions, including prompts, agents, and automations.
- Develop and deliver organization-wide AI training programs, workshops, and user documentation.
- Cultivate a network of AI champions across departments to facilitate adoption and change management.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and manage internal governance, data privacy guardrails, and vendor relationships.
- Track and report success metrics related to time savings, quality improvements, and AI tool usage.
