Requirements
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on experience building and delivering enablement programs.
- Real technical fluency including understanding the API layer.
- Commercial acumen regarding how enterprise buyers evaluate infrastructure and developer tooling.
- Ability to convert technical capability into business value language.
- Proven track record of live training delivery to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership in ambiguous environments with the ability to set priorities.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills to drive alignment.
- Practical, hands-on AI fluency.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is a plus.
- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and own our enablement strategy end-to-end, building role-based learning paths for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.
- Build a new-hire onboarding program from scratch to minimize ramp time and time-to-productivity.
- Lead go-to-market readiness for major product releases by translating technical concepts into use-case narratives and customer-facing materials.
- Act as the connective tissue between engineering and the field, ensuring non-technical roles understand and can articulate value.
- Deliver training sessions, measure effectiveness, and adjust programs based on real-time feedback.
- Drive AI adoption within field workflows to increase productivity and gain insights from tools like Gong.
- Collaborate with RevOps to define productivity baselines and track key performance indicators like ramp time and certification engagement.
