Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience.
- Proven success in persuading and influencing SaaS deals.
- 2+ years of experience in financial audit at a public accounting firm.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations to C-suite executives with confidence.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with strong executive presence.
- Experience with sales processes and infrastructure, including proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding goals in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on mission-first teamwork.
- Preferred: Industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services, specifically cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to articulate Fieldguide's value proposition, vision, and strategy.
- Orchestrate sales cycle phases, including leading technical validations during the Proof of Value phase.
- Manage organized discoveries to identify customer needs, requirements, and key business issues.
- Present and demonstrate the product persuasively, addressing objections and resolving customer concerns.
- Partner with Customer Success to enable complex onboarding for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to solve technical challenges.
- Influence the product roadmap by providing insights on prospect needs and industry trends.
