Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in data architecture, business intelligence systems, ELT development, and data modeling.
- Excellent programming skills with Python or Java.
- Strong relational database design, scalability, and SQL skills.
- Understanding of data concepts including ETL, data structures, metadata, and workflow management.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree.
- Experience with Agile software development (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with enterprise-class software release lifecycles.
- Experience with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying data-driven insights and technical approaches.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and oversee the deployment of technology architecture for capturing and managing structured and unstructured data.
- Develop processes to channel data from multiple inputs and store using distributed cloud structures and local databases.
- Create technical tools to cleanse, transform, and maintain data integrity on an automated basis.
- Establish design standards to ensure compatibility and operability of data connections and storage.
- Lead technical requirements gathering to ensure consistency across data architecture systems.
- Develop secure production code and review/debug code written by others.
- Oversee SaaS operations by monitoring KPIs to identify opportunities and threats.
- Implement multi-tenant systems with a focus on isolation and security.
