Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in data architecture and BI systems, including ELT development, data modeling, and dashboard design.
- Excellent programming skills with Python or Java.
- Strong relational database skills: design, scalability, and complex SQL querying.
- Deep understanding of data concepts including ETL, metadata management, and workflows.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree.
- Experience with Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with enterprise-class software releases and SaaS lifecycles.
- Ability to narrate data-driven insights and technical approaches effectively.
- Experience working with bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with occasional travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build and oversee the deployment and operation of technology architecture to capture, manage, and utilize structured and unstructured data.
- Develop automated processes and programming tools to cleanse, organize, and transform data while maintaining data integrity.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Product Management, and Architects to define data requirements and ensure system compatibility.
- Review and debug production code to ensure high-quality delivery and security.
- Monitor KPIs to manage live SaaS operations, identifying opportunities for performance improvements and threat mitigation.
- Implement multi-tenant systems with a focus on isolation and security.
