Job Details

2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, Technical Implementation).
Hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical design.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience creating proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints.
Capability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
Collaborative mindset to partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success departments.
Bonus: Hands-on experience in PropTech or real estate transactions.
Bonus: Familiarity with integrating AI into onboarding or process workflows.

Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify business requirements and integration needs.
Deliver product demos tailored to specific client use cases.
Design and architect system setups, data flows, custom mapping, and API integrations.
Validate system feasibility, perform QA, and ensure alignment with client goals.
Produce technical proposals, design documentation, and integration blueprints.
Train internal teams and clients on system usage and configuration capabilities.
Act as the technical escalation lead during implementation and monitor system performance post-go-live.
