Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in customer-facing, forward deployed, or solutions engineering.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or ML models.
- Proven track record building AI-powered products or features.
- Working data analysis and data science ability (e.g., risk quantification, benchmarking).
- Proven ability to ship production code independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong full-stack fluency: backend services, APIs, scripting, and data pipelines.
- Experience with integration patterns (REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SIEM connectors).
- Solid architecture design experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience running discovery with enterprise stakeholders and scoping technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical detail to business impact.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (typically 20 to 40%).
Responsibilities
- Deploy onsite with strategic customers to map their security, risk, and compliance workflows end to end.
- Gather requirements from practitioners and executives to understand technical and process dependencies.
- Weave SecurityScorecard into customer data, logic, and processes.
- Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, ML models, and modern AI tooling to automate analysis.
- Conduct data analysis and data science work, such as translating security ratings into financial terms like ALE, VaR, and ROI.
- Design and deploy integrations connecting SecurityScorecard to customer systems including SIEM, GRC, ticketing, and data warehouses.
- Architect and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Prototype rapidly in the field and harden solutions into production-quality software.
- Own technical relationships with key accounts throughout their lifecycle.
- Travel to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and go-live support.
