Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Strong command of TypeScript, including experience with Node.js for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Experience using AI tools natively as part of the software engineering workflow.
- Professional experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software deployment, systems integration, production troubleshooting, and operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex technical problems in production systems.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to understand customer infrastructure and business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset, bias for action, and focus on delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% when needed, with flexibility based on personal preferences.
Responsibilities
- Ramp up on the product portfolio, deployment processes, customer environments, and established deployment playbooks.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer infrastructure, business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Deploy, configure, customize, and integrate solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Independently lead customer deployments and integrations from planning through successful production delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across production environments and help ensure reliable system performance.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and key stakeholders, communicating effectively throughout deployments and rollouts.
- Own large-scale deployments and complex implementations while ensuring technical execution remains aligned with customer goals.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to communicate structured feedback based on customer interactions, technical challenges, and emerging needs.
