Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or bio industries (e.g., drug co., CRO/CDMO).
- Proven experience building repeatable prompt/template systems and managing LLM failure modes like hallucination.
- Practical experience navigating REST APIs, Webhooks, and various authentication flows.
- Scientific background or work experience involving drug development (e.g., understanding of CMC, CSR, HAQ, ICH, IND, NDA, eCTD).
- Experience in technical or software-focused roles.
- Excellent communication and educator skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements for customer stakeholders.
- Experience serving therapeutics, life science, or bio markets strongly preferred.
- Drug-related (e.g., bio, chem) education preferred, advanced degree ideal.
Responsibilities
- Customize core Regulatory AI templates to meet customer style, brand, modality, and scientific requirements.
- Coach customers on prompt engineering to enable self-sufficiency in template maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing teams to architect data bridges between Weave and enterprise systems.
- Map complex data flows and lead technical implementation projects.
- Create and document best practices and technical implementation handbooks for internal and external use.
