Requirements

  • 10+ years in healthcare operations leadership.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary clinical teams at scale (250+ FTEs or 50K+ lives).
  • Proven ownership of performance-management systems, including metrics design, scorecards, and audits.
  • Experience building workload or demand models differentiating effort by case or member complexity.
  • Track record in designing and governing SOPs, SLAs, and clinical-workflow algorithms.
  • Strong hiring and training infrastructure experience, including clinical or coaching ladder design.
  • Financial and operational fluency, including ability to link performance to COGS and unit economics.
  • Clinical literacy required; RN or clinical license is preferred.
  • 5+ years in Digital Health organizations is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled operational workflows or workforce management tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring profile, recruiting benchmarks, and training infrastructure for multi-disciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain career ladders and leveling frameworks to support recruitment and retention at scale.
  • Own the performance-management system and operating cadence, including scorecards and escalation paths for Action Quality and Care Quality metrics.
  • Develop and validate workload and demand models that adjust based on member complexity and need.
  • Govern the attribute library for specific populations, partners, and cohorts to ensure accurate staffing models.
  • Design and version care-team SOPs and SLAs, ensuring system behavior in CTS/DTS platforms aligns with clinical standards.
