- 3+ years of experience in a scaling or high-growth startup environment.
- Mastery of P&L management, gross margin drivers, and unit economics.
- Demonstrated experience managing or partnering with clinical operations functions.
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership (Product, Clinical, Marketing, Operations).
- Practical experience integrating AI and modern analytical tools into business workflows.
- Proven experience building workforce planning, staffing, or capacity models.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to navigate raw data for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of people management, coaching, and performance expectation setting.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to synthesize complex operational topics.
Responsibilities
- Master Specialty Care's P&L mechanics and financial drivers to identify key levers for sustainable growth and margin expansion.
- Act as the primary financial and operational partner for department leadership, translating unit economics into actionable strategies.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize initiatives and drive execution.
- Manage specific clinical operations functions and ensure alignment with clinical leadership.
- Integrate AI into operational and clinical workflows to improve efficiency and support scenario modeling.
- Build and own long-term capacity and workforce planning models for clinical and operational teams.
- Define, track, and maintain key operational metrics across Specialty Care.
- Manage, coach, and develop operations team members.
