Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in CRE capital markets with a focus on debt placement or structured finance.
- Deep fluency in structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to work independently across the full advisory cycle from origination to funded close.
- Proven experience building a book of business or capital markets practice.
- Familiarity with deal screening tools, CRM platforms, or automated workflow systems.
- Knowledge of various lending types including bank, agency, debt fund, CMBS, life company, bridge, and construction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to drive consistent deal flow.
- Structure capital stacks, prepare offering materials, and run lender processes.
- Negotiate term sheets and manage the closing process for debt and equity mandates.
- Advise clients on capital strategy by translating real-time market conditions into actionable guidance.
- Leverage technology and data tools to manage a high-volume, well-organized deal pipeline.
