  • Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate capital stack, including deal structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and transaction closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete advisory cycle, from origination and client development through funded transactions.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries.
  • Ability to translate complex and rapidly changing capital market conditions into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong organization, ownership, and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to develop a consistent and repeatable origination pipeline.
  • Own the full transaction lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment and capital strategy through lender sourcing, negotiation, execution, and funded close.
  • Structure capital stacks and lead debt and equity placement processes across bridge, permanent, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity mandates.
  • Prepare and coordinate offering materials, manage lender processes, evaluate proposals, negotiate term sheets, and drive transactions toward closing.
  • Advise clients on current commercial real estate capital market conditions, lender appetite, program requirements, pricing, and financing alternatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of institutional and alternative capital sources, including banks, agencies, debt funds, CMBS, life companies, bridge lenders, and construction lenders.
  • Leverage technology, data tools, CRM platforms, and workflow systems to manage a high volume of opportunities and create efficient, scalable execution processes.
