Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or operations within marketing, digital, or professional services environments.
- Deep understanding of project delivery cycles in creative or B2B marketing contexts.
- Advanced skills in resource planning and operational tools such as Kantata/Mavenlink, Float, 10kft, Smartsheet, and Excel.
- Strong commercial mindset to balance financial efficiency with resourcing excellence.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across senior levels.
- Confident operating in a complex, matrixed, global environment.
- Calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- Proactive and highly organized with strong follow-through on commitments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resourcing across multiple client portfolios in partnership with Delivery, Creative, and Strategy leads.
- Lead global portfolio resourcing calls to facilitate capacity discussions and resolve conflicts.
- Partner with global counterparts to manage cross-regional allocations and workload distribution.
- Oversee administrative and operational aspects of onboarding, extending, and offboarding contingent talent.
- Monitor utilization, availability, and forecast data to identify trends and operational risks.
- Maintain high-quality data in Kantata and related systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and dashboards within delivery teams.
