- Have 5+ years of organizational change management experience supporting large, complex transformation programs.
- Have proven experience working across multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Be able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to translate technical, operational, or system changes into clear, accessible guidance for diverse audiences.
- Experience in healthcare, health technology, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with program leadership, workstream owners, implementation teams, account management, and operations to drive adoption and long-term success.
- Assess impacts across systems, processes, roles, and customer or member experience, and translate findings into recommendations.
- Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with program phases, milestones, and priorities.
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Embed change management in PMO, product, engineering, operations, and implementation planning.
- Establish touchpoints with workstream owners, senior sponsors, and cross-functional leaders to surface concerns and readiness gaps.
- Create and manage a master communication plan and develop audience-specific communications.
- Coordinate with operational leaders on SOP updates, training plans, and team readiness activities.
- Share success stories to reinforce momentum and engagement throughout the program.
- Report on change readiness, communication effectiveness, stakeholder sentiment, and upcoming milestones.
