Bring 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
Have at least 5 years of engineering management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Have experience building, architecting, and leading full-stack products and enterprise-scale systems with significant business impact.
Have experience setting engineering strategy, defining technical direction, and leading complex projects from conception through delivery.
Demonstrate the ability to manage dependencies, resolve competing priorities, and drive strategic alignment across teams and organizational levels.
Have practical experience applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products, engineering workflows, and development processes.
Have experience partnering with Product and Data Science teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrate communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bring problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and sound judgment when evaluating technical trade-offs.
Nice to have: experience designing and developing external-facing APIs.
Nice to have: experience integrating AI agents into products or platforms.

Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of the supply integration platform and expand the third-party partner ecosystem.
Define and execute the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategy with cross-functional leadership.
Establish technical and AI strategy to improve scalability, efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering team through technical guidance, mentorship, and career development.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business Development to align priorities, establish milestones, and deliver strategic initiatives.
Work with business stakeholders and external technology partners to identify partnerships and oversee high-quality integrations.
Monitor ongoing platform performance and navigate organizational dependencies and competing priorities across teams.
Provide senior technical leadership across projects, balancing innovation, architectural excellence, and business impact.
