Requirements
- Have 12+ years of overall engineering experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale.
- Have experience applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles.
- Have technical leadership experience setting direction and strategy and leading project teams.
- Have experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams.
- Be able to navigate dependencies and competing priorities across multiple internal teams and drive alignment.
- Have experience communicating technical initiatives to technical and non-technical teams.
- Nice to have: experience designing and building external-facing APIs and AI Agent Integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the supply integration platform for third-party property management systems.
- Set the third-party supply growth strategy and technical roadmap with cross-functional leaders.
- Set the platform's technical and AI strategy to improve capability, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team across multiple projects.
- Partner with senior leaders in Data Science, Product, and Business Development to align strategies and define multi-year roadmaps and milestones.
- Work with business and third-party partners to select partnerships and deliver high-quality integrations.
- Ensure the continuous reliability and performance of each partner integration.
- Coach and develop engineers in their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration.
