Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in C# as the primary development language.
- Strong T-SQL skills, including query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Git or comparable version control tooling.
- Advanced design, debugging, and coding skills with a focus on security and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, testable code using a test-first approach.
- Design, implement, and unit test software following defined processes.
- Perform backend performance optimization, contribute to import product functionality, and develop internal utility and migration tooling.
- Collaborate with product management to scope and estimate enhancements.
- Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers.
- Write and maintain documentation covering program logic, coding, and testing.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issues, including outside standard business hours.
