Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, full-stack web development, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Advanced SQL capabilities, including strong experience with MSSQL and Snowflake.
  • Strong full-stack development skills across Angular for front-end development, C# for back-end development, and REST API design and implementation.
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, report creation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Solid AWS experience and familiarity with cloud-native architecture, deployment, and development practices.
  • Experience working with healthcare data or healthcare organizations, with an understanding of PHI, PII, HIPAA, and data security and privacy requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex technical work and take solutions from initial concept through delivery.
  • Commitment to software engineering fundamentals, code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainable architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack software across front-end, back-end, and API layers.
  • Build and enhance web application features using Angular, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and related technologies.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data-driven reports and dashboards that provide clients with meaningful views of healthcare claims, remittance, and related information.
  • Support data ingestion and transformation pipelines that move source information into the analytics database for reporting and business intelligence.
  • Write clean, testable code aligned with team standards and use test-first development practices where appropriate.
  • Work with MSSQL and Snowflake to develop features, troubleshoot issues, perform performance tuning, and optimize data-related functionality.
  • Partner with product management to scope, estimate, prioritize, and deliver enhancements while adapting to evolving technical and business requirements.
  • Handle PHI and PII responsibly while following security, privacy, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical production issues, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
