- Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (Claude Code)
- Ability to learn quickly and mentor others
- Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- Desire to work in a high-performing, mission-driven startup environment
