Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience shipping customer-facing software in production across multiple surfaces (mobile, web, and/or backend).
- Ability to contribute effectively across different parts of the tech stack.
- Comfort using AI development tools with sound judgment.
- Experience building mobile applications (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin preferred).
- Track record of shipping and maintaining features over several years.
- Domain expertise in logistics, industrial IoT, or geospatial/mapping technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of navigation initiatives from design through production rollout.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and maintain high standards in design and code review.
- Design and ship features across mobile, backend services, and web including driver navigation and optimized routing.
- Clarify requirements by engaging with users and product teams to define success metrics and milestones.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in mapping and telematics teams.
- Monitor quality, adoption, and customer impact after launch.
