Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process, Implementation, System Integration, and SDLC.
- Expert-level experience with SQL in platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, or MS SQL Server.
- 7+ years in a consulting or data-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with business-driven/self-service BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience designing and building relational databases and data warehouses.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Ability to articulate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team through hands-on development by coding in SQL and occasionally Python.
- Design and deploy end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker.
- Create data visualizations in tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Design data models in platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
- Manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
- Facilitate workshops and provide status updates to executive-level client stakeholders.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies while mentoring internal team members.
