Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of UK labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in dealing with a variety of Employee Relation matters.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with start-ups, scale-ups, acquisitions, and restructuring businesses.
  • Preferred: Prior HR experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a global or matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a partner and adviser to leadership on talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and employee growth.
  • Execute talent strategy and ensure HR processes and policies comply with local labor laws.
  • Manage the onboarding process, learning and development, and employee performance reviews.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace environment through team member initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR matters, resolving employee concerns and issues.
  • Manage leave administration including annual, personal, and maternity/paternity leave.
