Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Strong understanding of UK labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in dealing with a variety of Employee Relation matters.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with start-ups, scale-ups, acquisitions, and restructuring businesses.
- Preferred: Prior HR experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Preferred: Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a partner and adviser to leadership on talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and employee growth.
- Execute talent strategy and ensure HR processes and policies comply with local labor laws.
- Manage the onboarding process, learning and development, and employee performance reviews.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace environment through team member initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for HR matters, resolving employee concerns and issues.
- Manage leave administration including annual, personal, and maternity/paternity leave.
