Requirements
- Proven sales experience, specifically phone sales
- Comfortable and effective selling over the phone
- Genuine LinkedIn outreach experience, including prospecting and building relationships
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- Confident and clear communication on calls with US business owners
- Maintain an active LinkedIn account
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Available to work during EST hours
- Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Experience selling to US-based clients is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify leads online before reaching out
- Call a combination of cold and warm leads and move them toward a close
- Run LinkedIn outreach by connecting, messaging, and building relationships with prospects
- Own and stay on top of your pipeline in the CRM by logging activity
- Follow up consistently to ensure deals move through the pipeline
