Requirements
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with data migration and testing.
- Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
