Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive.
- Native or fluent Hebrew – mandatory.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional calendar management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, maturity, reliability, and judgment.
- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.
- Availability outside of regular working hours, including evenings and weekends, for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO’s day-to-day calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, and prioritizing meetings.
- Coordinate meetings with investors, partners, analysts, candidates, executives, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Review presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting materials ahead of key meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, including reviewing incoming emails, identifying priorities, flagging important items, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Coordinate business and personal travel, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Handle personal and administrative documentation, including Green Card-related processes, annual reports, international approvals, and other personal paperwork.
- Coordinate the logistics of Board meetings, including scheduling, calendar alignment, and material preparation.
- Act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
