Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably VP- or C-suite-level.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional calendar management, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level messaging ability.
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong project management capabilities with a bias toward execution and ownership.
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify challenges early, and solve problems independently.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate cross-functional relationships.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to operate effectively within a lean, ambiguous, and dynamic organization.
- Experience in a legal environment or law firm is preferred.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, or technology is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own complex, multi-time-zone calendar management for Co-Founders and senior executives, prioritizing meetings based on business impact.
- Protect executive time by triaging inbound requests, managing calendar holds, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, and company events.
- Act as a meeting proxy, capturing notes, documenting decisions, and ensuring action item follow-through.
- Draft and edit executive communications while maintaining a professional voice.
- Serve as a primary liaison between executives, internal leaders, and external partners.
- Digest and summarize information and risks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Develop and improve systems, templates, and workflows to enhance executive productivity.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Anticipate executive needs and solve problems independently.
